The 15th anniversary Tech Week conference recently concluded in Moscow, bringing together over 2500 attendees, 305 speakers, and 50 exhibitors. The two-day event covered 11 thematic areas, focusing on key aspects of digital transformation, including AI implementation, business process automation, and team management. Participants discussed practical approaches to technology adoption and shared real-world case studies of AI application in companies. The conference also explored how organizations develop strategies for AI adoption and its impact on personnel management, from recruitment to retention. Presentations on data management, language model development, and internal process automation were also featured. According to Tech Week CEO Elena Alonchikova, the conference aimed to provide attendees with actionable tools for business development and efficiency improvement, rather than theoretical concepts. An exhibition of technological solutions ran in parallel, showcasing innovative tools and implementation case studies from leading companies. The next Tech Week conference is scheduled for November 18-19, 2026.
